My father used to manage two Chevron Stations in CA. I love their uniforms and check out the fancy funeral flowers for the photo shoot. They did things fancy back then when they washed your windows, checked your oil, washer fluid, air in the tires, and gave you a fancy china plate too! Those were the good old days.
My Mom - bottom left. Above her is her step sister, Helen Gifford and bottom right is one of my fathers sisters, Audrey. I love this era, look at how pretty those dresses are, classic!
My mom and dad on their wedding day 62 years ago (Feb 14th - they got married on Valentine's Day)
This is my fathers family - his parents and his three sisters and brother. Gladys, Glenn (my grandparents) Aunt Gladys, all on the couch. Back row, Uncle Gordon, Aunt Audrey, my dad Jack and Aunt Glenna.
This is with their spouses, although none of them are standing or sitting with their spouse. They were fantastic Aunts and Uncles. I loved them all. Only Uncle Gordon and his wife Joanne, and Uncle Mel (Audreys husband) are alive (besides both of my parents).

Wow... you had a walk down memory lane. One day your kids will be doing the same. The thing is, you will all be on snowmobiles, and you will be holding a grandchild. Your kids will say to one another, "Remember the movie theatre Mom and Dad had built when we lived in the house along Petrovitsky Road?" and "They had a lot of property too. I miss those days."
